Growing wild.

Out for a walk this morning, we realised how pretty the areas around where we live have become. This is because the grassy parts have been allowed to grow. Previously they were regularly cut, and I don't know if the council is saving money, or saving the wildlife, but whatever it is , they're doing a good job.
This is grassland opposite the Angel of the North.
