mmm curry...

ok, so it doesn't look so great here but today was a proud moment as i made my first real, proper curry using bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods etc. it was chicken with spinach and coriander (spinach and coriander freshly picked from the garden).

don't wanna brag.... but it was flipping delicious!
