New gadget

Normal start to Saturday with Will's violin lesson. That was followed by Carys's training at church. Tomorrow she will be able to serve on the altar for the first time and she is quite excited.

Lunch was followed by homework. Then a walk to the library and back in time for the rugby. We lost and have to play S. Africa next Saturday.

The whole day I have been playing with my new toy. Hopefully once I am well I will be able to use it properly but for now it is making me drink more water and it is measuring my resting heart rate so I will be able to decide whether to train or not. Just like the old days!
