Lazy Day

The sun tried to come out, but it didn't bother the clouds too much, pretty much sums up me today.
I had a better sleep last night, maybe I should have tried to get some more sleep
My "condition" dictates that I can't/mustn't:-(
I shouldn't get too disheartened, I'm noticing small improvements week on week and I've been back at work for six weeks, three of them have been five day weeks.
It all takes time
