Wandering around Wiveliscombe today....

....R noticed this! A tribute to Keith Floyd who apparently lived in Silver Street with his parents when he was a school boy. We knew that he went to Wellington School in Somerset.

We called into the Maltsters Arms in Tuckenhay, Devon some years ago ( well, quite a few actually) and met him there. He was such fun and when he knew we were from near where he'd lived we had a long chat. A delightfully funny, generous and possibly quite vulnerable man.
