Cruise Ship Ahoy!

Here we are. Off on our first cruise. The P&O ship Pacific Dawn.
We left the Hamilton cruise ship terminal at 2pm after a busy morning of packing and organising our pets. The ship is wonderful. Now that we are at sea, the only comparison I can make is it is like an aeroplane going through mild turbulence. The staff are all very helpful and there are plenty of bars to grab a drink.
We are just about to head off for some dinner and probably an early-ish night. None of this cruise ship partying for us. We have a few days at sea to look forward to before we arrive at our desination, New Caledonia.
