Butterfies

What was Eason's in Galway called before?  I can't remember, but our Chinese dinner tonight was a bit like the restaurant that was upstairs across the road from it, albeit with the carrot cut into butterflies and fish and hearts.  Maybe more like what we ate in a certain posh Dublin 4 apartment.  No, the Chinese, not the Kellogg's selection box.  But we didn't have to whisper while we ate.

Retro, anyway, but tasty with it.

I'll remember the name when I turn the computer off.  It's Friday anyway.
