Extendable ears

At just after 12 today I thought I would ditch our walk on the beach because there was just Too Much To Do. And then Benelia appeared in the garden, we went and it is amazing the effect of 30 minutes on a sunny beach with a puppy and a friend. Come back next Friday, B!

I ignored my entire to do list today to finish a big thing. And I did finish it, am very happy with its ground breaking format (yes, just work, I know.) and as soon as I sent the email I felt utterly drained and stooped work immediately. But I am now cooking a Proper Dinner, I am not going to work all weekend, it's Jay's birthday weekend and everything else can wait until Monday.
