Transformer

I am so accustomed to having underground utilities as in our neighborhood, these transformers on utility poles catch my eye each time I drive past them.  They are about 25 feet in the air.  Apparently the rusty cover does not effect the operation of the unit.  As a child, I remember hearing them pop or explode during strong electrical storms.  I am behind (again) in comments.  Last night we were called at 8 to meet the ambulance delivering my mother-in-law to the Emergency Room at the hospital.  She had fallen, but thankfully all the scans showed no problems except what will be soreness.  We were at the hospital from 9 PM until well after 3 AM and got home at 4 AM.  I was being a "good" husband and son-in-law during part of the time I had planned for Blip.
