Jumped Queue

Whilst in Kingston this morning I popped into Virgin Media to ask about our increasingly slow broadband. Unlike phoning from home, which can seem to take forever sometimes, the guy in their store got straight through to the right person and it was sorted within minutes! So we now have faster broadband and it's costing us less... if you don't ask you don't get!
