Smoke gets in your eyes

With a north easterly wind I lit my first bonfire for ages. That's our house getting the smoke treatment. All the brash and brush I've gathered over the summer is gone in the cleansing fire.  I like the play of the sunlight through the smoke.

Was awake way too early this morning. It was looking pretty good. As was I after my firemaking activities (care of The Principal).
