Owwwwww!

I went for my usual acupuncture appointment today and I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was the most painful one yet. Even before Calum started putting the needles in (and he used longer ones this time to help with the pain and swelling in my ankle) it was agonising as he was squeezing my calf really hard to find what channels to focus on. I did feel pretty bad whilst having the session as I was making a bit of a racket in the therapy room so I was probably disturbing the other clients, but ultimately it did help. Ouch!
