Feeding the Ducks

G & I had a fabulous day out at the Slimbridge Wetland Centre today in mostly glorious sunshine.  In fact, it was so bright that taking a decent photo was quite difficult!

I've posted three completely different photos, the main one is of two Chiloe Wigeon ducks and a goose eating the bird seed you can buy to feed the ducks.  They are very aware that you may have food and we had a very eager Hawaiian goose hassling us the moment we left the visitor centre!!!  

The first extra is of a close up of a European Eider sea duck (G's favourite) with its lovely subtle colouring. The second extra is a bit of a poser for you - see if you can spot the sunbathing otter. 

I've not been to Slimbridge before and I absolutely loved it.  A brilliant day!
