A great western town with friendly ranchers, and

There’s a restaurant. 
I guess there’s always a restaurant in your favorite town.
This one’s: The Western Sky’s Family Diner.
Where the coffee’s always hot, 
Your mug’s never empty, and
The word low-calorie carries no meaning.

Waitresses sign on for life.
Customers banter between tables. 
Mainly ranchers wearin: work/cowboy boots. Chambray shirts. 
Baseball/Cowboy hats.
The predominant color,Blue jean blue.

Friendly folks who’ve never met a stranger. 
One year I learned about Bodacious the bull.
Who dumped all but 2 rodeo riders in his career
Next I learned about Flint the famous rodeo clown.
A funny man who keeps bulls away from fallen riders.

This year I learned about old Wheatland.
What’s gone since this pic. was taken and what’s new.
Of course, there was some good-natured arguing,
About whose memory was the best.
