And so to Autumn

A day of work, 2 shift, 2 hospitals and no shortage of patients to see. A very wet start to the day and strong winds this afternoon bringing down the leaves and suddenly it all feels very autumnal. The leave on the trees do look very beautiful as they change colour though.
