Judo

This time it's a picture of Ollie, he is about to throw his opponent for Ippon, this means the fight is finished and won by the thrower.

Both children went to The Kent International Judo Competition today, it is one of the biggest competitions in the country and attracts many international players, players from, Denmark, Holland, France and other countries over the border. This is a very tough competition and to be honest I did not expect them to win any medals today. I hoped they would win at least one fight and they obliged my hope by winning one but sadly losing two each.

So that was my day, leaving home at 7.30am and returning about 7pm this evening.
