Lunchtime swim

Great to have this pool and gym at the top of our road.

A welcome break from a busy morning of international telephone calls and an afternoon meeting in town.

The sun came back today to eastern Scotland after all the rain of the last couple of days.

Hard to believe that another week has almost ended already.

Keeping half an ear open for good news from Hampden Park this evening. As a former resident of the Polish Republic we cannot really lose this evening - but it would be good if Scotland reached the Euro Finals as well as getting into the RWC Quarter Finals!

Traffic chaos in Glasgow this evening as the football crowds and the One Direction Farewell Tour crowds descend on our second city!!
