National Poetry Day 2015

and a publishing 'Super-Thursday'.  A quick trip in to the city to visit a real bookstore and buy, amongst other volumes, the published-today, new collection from the wonderful Kathleen Jamie.

A surprisingly warm and sunny afternoon spent in the garden, reading Jamie's very moving and authentic poems; so much that was familiar; so much that chimed.  A joypus experience.
