My First Aurora

We have often wondered if we had seen an aurora while out and about late at night. Well, tonight was different, we had a tip off via the internet that it should be visible then someone local posted a pic on FB. Next challenge was to start using the camera setting instructions that we were given at the camera club a few weeks ago. After all that lot it was just a question of getting out there and giving it a go. This is the result - not bad for a first attempt but I'm sure with a little practice I could have done better.
