Grain in the rain....

A damp day. Sent 2 off down the road for straw before it gets too mucky. By lunch time they had them all cleared and started on some of the fields at home.
Spent the day filling grain into the wet tower. It's nearly full ,so am trying to sell some surplus barley. However the market is awash at the moment,and even if you can find a buyer,the price is rubbish. Problem is I will need to shift some before I can get cattle housed in the sheds,which could eat some of the surplus,so catch 22 !
Beginning to think maybe the stitches in my finger could have done with a few more days,as it keeps splitting open when I'm working. Ho hum.
