Keepsakes

I'm planning my way through Communication: Narrative, the third part of my Foundations in Photography course. It's quite logical with themes that build that as you go through. I have a theme of Family planned as a pulse to this section, including recognising those babies who are miscarried, still-born or who die soon after birth. The photograph is of a necklace that we chose soon after I miscarried my first pregnancy. That, and white roses, are my keepsakes of a child who wasn't meant to be.
