foggy foggy dew

We had thick fog (for this part of the world!) this morning with a heavy dew. There were little spider webs all over the place, on all the plants and on the grasses that were still flowering. It had all cleared by about 11 o'clock and we have a very pleasant sunny day.
I am happy to report that we now have a beautiful blacktop road, far superior to the chip and seal that preceded it. I have no idea why we have been so blessed! Maybe the township had money left over! We shall never know!
