Eternal Flame

Day 36 of the Olympic Torch route saw it pass through the streets of Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, Higher Broughton and then on to its destination of Albert Square in Manchester City Centre.

Luckily, last nights horrendous rain held off and I managed to snap this photo amongst others along the route. Unfortunately, I do not know this mans name or his story - I've checked the official Torch Relay site but am still none the wiser.

Anyway, this was snapped on Elizabeth Street, close to Manchester Fort Retail Park and I've cropped this slightly before uploading.
