Wake up!

I seem to have spent much of the day yawning today, just not able to properly wake up! The last thing I really wanted was to walk Dog this evening after dinner but Mr L hadn't done it, and I did promise the Asthma Nurse that I would get some excercise 3 times a week and I am never setting foot in a gym again!

So, off we went to the beach. It's still mild and I just wore my faithful Crocs. I don't think you will actually be able to see them, but in the circle in my picture is a couple of swimmers. We saw their clothes on the beach and wondered at their sanity, after all it is October. But, As I walked barefoot through the sea, at the edge only, it was not cold at all and in a strange way I envied their youth and ability to just 'go for it' . I took a photo of my feet as I walked through the surf of the incoming tide, but decided that my bunion adorned plates (plates of meat - feet (Cockney Rhyming Slang)) were not attractive enough for my blip and the dusky light of early evening over Folkestone, the Mulberry Harbour and swimmers was a better option. I was so pleased I went, envigorated for the evening and Bake Off final now!
