We've escaped the rain today despite the weather forecasters promising it. I stopped off at Skelwith on the way to the gym ....... yes, that's twice this week .......... and took some photos of the R. Brathay. 

This tiny tree growing from the rocky gorge was the only thing catching the light but photographing it through the narrow gaps in the bridge railings was tricky. Not as sharp as I would like but more colourful than the alternatives.
