Info evening

This evening Abbie and I attended an information meeting of AFS. AFS is an organiation that organises and facilitates student exchanges. It used to focus on exchages after secondary school, but now also has exchanges for students during secondary school. The girls' school is very supportive and there were several students of Abbie's year at the meeting too, as well as exchange sudents from elsewhere in the world that attend their school here.
Interesting evening, Abbie is now considering doing a 3 month exchange next school year and we're considering volunteering as host family. To be continued...
