Watercolour Study

Months ago, maybe last year, I bought Jean Haine's Atmospheric Watercolours Book but hadn't really studied it. My little art group wanted to have a go at something a bit different and this seems to fit the bill. I had a go this afternoon with this quick study of a poppy seed head  so that I can set them a little challenge next time we meet up.

I cooked in the evening with my friend but the resulting tray bake was not blip worthy.
