Another day, another hospital, this time St James in Leeds, better known as Jimmys. All good and not back for three months. A bit of shopping in Leeds then the train home. Here's Mr P leaving the station, l hung back to get this shot.

This afternoon it was physio for me, got discharged, frozen shoulder much better. Then had my hair done. Out this evening with present and former work colleagues for a pizza and a catch up, nice relaxed time. We were treated to some amazing lightening and torrential rain, the like I've not seen for a long time.

Early night we're back in Necastle early in the morning for a follow up appointment from last week's procedure on Mr Ps finger.
