Who has the grandest fireworks of all?
GRAND LAKE, of course

Our small town puts on a bang up Fourth of July Extravaganza.
Each year is unique.
Memorable.
And talked about for days afterwards.

After dark, the rockets blast- off over Grand Lake.
Booms echo off the surrounding peaks.
Bright colors bursting in the sky are reflected in the water.
Ash rains down on the hundreds of boaters bobbing up and down.

I ask you.
Can it get any better than this?
I don't think so.

To pull off this expensive feast for the eyes.
Volunteers entertain at Main Street's only stop sign.
This is Judy, who certainly must garner enough moola for 3 minutes of fireworks.

So, come on over.
Sit a spell on our deck.
We'll go to our friend's house on the lake.
Then we'll oohhh and ahhhh and never forget
