Cooking for the tourists.

All places round the world seem to have a special night when traditional food is offered. Fijian style involved the making of a huge fire in a pit, wrapping food in these palm leaves (beautifully plaited) and then cooking it for a couple of hours. I'd like to report that it was the best meal I'd ever tasted but.......
