Admiring the view

A stunning day today, here at least.  We have friends who headed over to the West Coast yesterday after experiencing really strong wind here in Canterbury on Sunday.  So we're hoping the nor-west hasn't brought them too much rain over in the Coast and that they will get a few views of the mountains.  

We're happy to be at home this week rather than in the hills, as the weather is great and we have heaps to do keeping up with the spring growth in our garden and on a section we own (the result of a rental that didn't survive the earthquake).
