Upper Quinault River - PA5 Phase 3

As the river channel has migrated west in the PA5 reach a small section of bank experienced some erosion this past winter. To help reduce erosion risk the landowner and Tribe decided to extend a cabled log revetment the community had installed 10+ years ago. Instead of using lots of cable we field designed and laid out a log revetment using driven timber piles with logs woven in a complex pattern.
