This time of year it's the easy option to pause on the bridge as the sun does something interesting behind the other bridge. Stop, snap, done. Because you just know that there's a good chance that you'll see nothing else all day but a computer screen, the kettle and your workmates. 

But then I went to the optician to have the age-related optical degeneration measured and the specs recalibrated. Bloody bank account recalibrated too. What a scam. Scratch-resistant coating indeed. My arse is scratch-resistant.
