Experiments in tofu

I've been experimenting with tofu lately (cue groans from my family) but it's been less than successful. Today, I'm pleased to report, I nailed it. Lovely and crispy and flavourful on the outside, soft on the inside. Yum.

A good Monday started off with our student prayer gathering. Then a cancellation of one of our clubs meant a day in the office and ploughing through my to do list.

Then some fartleks after work (ouch), some tofu and now the prospect of an enormous pile of ironing. Is it the weekend yet?
