A Gem of a Dog

On an early morning stroll down Edinburgh's Royal Mile I spotted this dog parked across the threshold of a precious stones shop - as good a deterrent as any to a potential thief. 
The other picture was an irresistible window display of an impressionist painting of a Scottish Country dancing couple and some ceramic cats!
