Hope For Recovery

They came from everywhere, geographically and all walks of life.  The amount of hope and recovery was felt.  The speakers were musicians, politicians, the Surgeon General, Senators, people in recovery, families.  The jumbotron featured those lost and those bravely marching on.  The musical line up included Dr. Oz, The Fray, Joe Walsh, Steven Tyler, Sheryl Crow, most of whom had some brush with addiction.  The Federal Drug Czar, himself in Recovery.  It was a day of inspiration and hope and yes, even a little sadness.  Hopefully, we will see some changes.  A lot of promises made.
