Cross and contrary

At her first cross country race. 
But after a little bit of coaxing and the promise of post-race treats, Mimi made her way to the starting line and put in a very commendable performance.
Definitely worth a post-race treat. 

It was a tight squeeze, and Mimi doesn't deal too well with crowds.

Which might be a bit of a handicap in her future career, when she is a famous singer...
