A smile is worth a thousand words!

I met these two lovely ladies this morning as we all gathered to watch the Great Scottish Run wheelchair race.  The ladies were running in their first 10K supporting Spina Bifida ... the daughter of the lady with the pink band was taking part in the race ..... I tried to take a photo of her powering the chair but the group passed so quickly I only managed to blip the back wheels!  I only saw the beginning of the race before heading up the road to church.
