Shooting the swans

There are plenty of swans in Fulford Harbour just now, and this guy was on the beach taking shots.  I had slight lens envy, especially when I couldn't get one decent shot of the swans or of the pair of turkey vultures high on a snag, with their wings spread to enjoy  the sun.  I've included an extra of one of them taken through some trees and extremely cropped.  :(
It's a lovely warm afternoon, perfect for relaxing outside with a good book.
