Goldfinch

Just as I was leaving this morning for my Sunday drive to Suffolk I spotted this single gold finch on the bird feeder. Creeping to my hide (toilet) and opening the window I expected it to flee. But it stayed awhile so was able to get some decent pics. I have shown you two here.

Now back home, Mum in better mood today but still little progress to get her home. Yet so more travelling to come. Dinner at my son's it does make the end of a long journey very welcome!
