Substitute

This should have been a blip of a vintage Dutch built MG.

I went to the local garage for petrol and pulling on to the forecourt saw a vintage car being filled up. Good, I thought, that can be today's blip. So I went over to the car, by which time the driver had gone to pay, and asked the passenger, who was a rather delicious Dutchman, if I could take a photo of his car. He asked if I wanted him in the photo but I said, as it was going on a website, I would just take the car ( what was I thinking? ) It turned out the car was an MG and they were over for the 150th MG rally at Silverstone.

Whilst all this chatting was going on I was ferreting about in my bag trying to find my phone, which, I realised, I had left at home. So I made a graceful exit without my blip and had to use my own car as a stand in.
