or Policeman's helmet or Impatiens Glandulifera.  This is a very tall plant here and considered a noxious weed in many areas as it thrives thanks to its seed pods that explode sending seeds up to 20 ft according to one article!  you can see some seed pods on the left.  Apparently it is edible! 
As you can see the light is wonderful again today!  Tomorrow rain is forecast. :-(
