Standalone 10k

A lot of St Albans Striders took part in the Standalone 10k this morning, near Letchworth. It was a lovely sunny morning, the hilly course was quite tough, but I felt I ran well and really enjoyed the event. Four of us travelled up together by car, and here we are in our finishers T-shirts looking like a packet of highlighter pens!
