Who are you?

When I was taking a walk this small bird of prey overtook me and landed in the tree just in front of me.
She looked back at me as if she wanted to say, who are you and what do you want?
Just take your picture and make you the blip of the day. Two shoots she granted me and flew away.
If someone knows the name of this kind of bird I love to know.
