Escape ...

What better way to wait out the scorching heat of our 35 degree day ..... a picnic in the shade at the beach. Trying out our new boat on Pittwater, and escaped to one of our favourite places, Mackeral Beach. Only accessible by boat or a very long bush hike, it's a beautiful little beach and has a creek behind it that you can also explore. But as you can see from the number of boats anchored up, we were not the only ones with that idea today.
