Sleepy

R this morning all fed up and flat out while I showered, that mama milk is clever stuff :-)

Trip to the osteopath for me this am with v sore neck and shoulders, baby feeding, carrying and stress of the summer months catching up I think, feels better in an achey way tonight.

Toys r us visit with C to spend some b'day vouchers which went down well - then a nice quiet late afternoon at home before Strictly.
