The coal tub at the bottom of Gibson Lane, Kippax

This coal tub is kept full of flowers and greenery by the Kippax in Bloom team who keep our village looking good with flowers and boxes and a lot of hard work goes into keeping it looking good. This year we got Gold again in the Yorkshire in Bloom competition. But there are still people who pull up the plants and break down trees that are planted, I just can't understand the mentality of these people, I think they are born with one brain cell which doesn't always work especially on a Friday and Saturday Night when they are on their way home from the pub.
