The broken version of these inspection covers was my Sept 5th blip. It's good to see the council taking (relatively) swift action to repair this damage. 

I have to say that as an East Yorkshire resident I am generally impressed with the council. They seem to concentrate on doing the basics as well as possible and don't get involved in expensive vanity projects (unlike City of York council).
