Skipton Puppet Festival this weekend.. didn't know what to expect.. but ooooh I loved it!!
The story of this chap....
He lived alone.....
He bathed his feet in a pan...(a chap in the audience next to me said he used to do that... when they'd boiled the potatoes.. I said really??? He said 'yep'!)
He drank the water from the pan ....(I looked at the chap next to me with my eyebrow raised.... he laughed and said 'nope')
He had nothing to eat but stale bread...
He fed the birds...
He got cold...
He wrapped himself in a blanket...
And then the angels came.... :(
