Parish Walk - Appley Bridge

Saturday 3rd Oct 2015 (1134) 

After a glorious week it was inevitable that the weather would change the day I led a walk! At least we didn't get wet this time but the mist never lifted. We still had a good walk though - Appley Bridge, Fairy Glen and back along the Leeds Liverpool canal. 13 people on the walk, some who hadn't been before, 11 stayed for lunch. We were late starting this morning, it seemed to take ages to get everyone organised. 

Back home I only had 20mins before an appointment. Three appointments now complete, I have an hour before the choir concert this evening.
